more french...yes!

As you know, I traveled to France for 5 weeks...
I had a wonderful time, and then...
I landed back here at LAX March 17th, 2010, and one week later, my good friend from Paris came to visit California...

...I just can't get France out of my mind or heart.
no time for jet lag ;)
I had the blessing of driving Elisa to meet with different people and churches to share the need for prayer for revival in France.
Solana Beach was our first stop.
Santa Fe Christian School.
Mrs. Catteneo let Elisa speak to two of her French classes.
French 2 -
Elisa shared statistics with the class in French. The powerpoint was in English, but I think most of them were tracking pretty well...even I understood 'un peu' (a little).
French 3 -
the class prayed for Elisa that God will continue to use her.
Then we drove about 30-something miles south to Chula Vista to meet a sweet couple from Calvary Chapel San Diego that has been praying for Elisa via email updates - the first time they met. Also, they brought the missions pastor and his wife.
Elisa's amazing California family
we stayed with them for a night
Wow - they love Jesus so much!!!
Back up north about 100 miles
Corona del Mar
This is where Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa has their beach baptisms.
couldn't resist
Austria proved valuable in SO many ways (wink, wink)
More friends that we met
Elisa also shared at Calvary Chapel Redlands, where Greg Opean is one of the pastors. He interviewed her about France and how we can all pray.
As a church, we prayed for Elisa and France.
Next and last stop - Murrieta Hot Springs
After attending Bible college here, Elisa has many connections and friends, so it was great for her to be able to update the student body on how to pray for France.
Last night
Elisa shared at a home fellowship

Perhaps your heart is stirred for France, too...
Please join me in prayer:
  • revival in France
  • more workers to serve Jesus in France
  • Elisa in Paris - for vision, wisdom, strength, provision
  • Petrignani family in Nice - Bible School, vision, blessing
Merci beaucoup!
Thank you so much!
Love Lindsey

powderpuff football anyone?

Go Chargers!
Agoura High School had powderpuff (girls) football game with faculty vs. students. Chels asked if I wanted to play with them to add an extra player...so much fun!
More than 10 years after graduating,
I'm back at my alma mater.
Chels was QB
I played receiver/line

huttle up

*note our mouths*
Chelsey: open and yelling
Mine: smiling
I enjoy our differences and similarities.

My bestest friend in the WHOLE wide world.

My Molly Girl
She enjoys her walks to the local arena...man can she run and buck.

After, she just follows me around like a puppy dog.
