Driving to Limassol 2.19.09

Come to ballet with us...
This is the drive that Darlene makes at least once a week, if not two or three to take the girls to ballet.  Thankfully, there is a carpool, which is a huge blessing.
Classic Cyprus right there!
Gorgeous fields of green and yellows.
You are sitting in the passenger seat here on the LEFT of the car on the LEFT side of the road.
Where is my big ol' quarter horse when I need her?  Oh, that's right, she's going to obedient school..haha!  Thanks Mom, Chels, Tan, Auds, etc...
Grape vineyards and olive trees everywhere.
True Mediterranean Beauty.
Darlene said it's good that I got these now, since it will all be brown soon.
It's actually raining right now, as I type.  We are praying for a cooler summer than last.  Brad and Tammy, you guys are troopers.
THE TUNNEL...way longer than any tunnel over Kanaan or Malibu Canyon.
Typical Motorway signs (yes, it's a motorway, not a freeway).
This is the offramp we take to go to ballet.  And remember, the offramps are on the left, since that is slow lane, too.  Quite an adjustment, but I'm getting better at driving.
A round-about in Limassol.
Cyprus celebrates what's called "Carnival," which is the week of sinning before the 40 days of fasting before Easter.  Please pray for the hearts of the people here to be opened to the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.
