Sunset & Kony 12.15.08

Sunsets declare so much of who God is...He doesn't have to make them, but He chooses to bless us by His absolute artistic perfection and creativity.  How Great is Our God!  In the Psalms, it says, "Selah" at the end of many passages, which means 'pause,' 'refelect,' 'think about these things'...Selah.

The boat in 2 of the above pictures actually ran aground a little over 20 years ago.  It is now a landmark for locals and tourists, as well as a surf report indicator...when the water is rough around the ship, there is a swell in...it's great!
Kony meets two incredibly large German Shepherds.  I think he was a bit intimidated.
More dogs come to play with Kony (and Darlene).  The owner was trying to find a home for the one in the lower left corner - he was a bit ugly, which made him kind of cute =).  He was rescued from being put to sleep.
This could be and REI, Colombia, or Patagonia shot.  Emma and Kony both look like models.
King of the Rock.
More Kony cuteness...He was helping Tim read his Bible on the balcony...ya right!
He gets a little jealous of attention.  Apparently, Emma was receiving too much, in his mind...so, he plopped on them.

I'm very thankful to the Lord to be in such a loving family, and it doesn't hurt that they have a pretty cool dog.  I don't think we'll be able to get a horse, though...we'll just have to drive to the mountains and look at donkeys for that fix=).  I hope you enjoyed God's incredible creation!  Love Lindsey
